Personal-income-tax rates in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia compearing to other countries in 2012.
Looking back at year 2012, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are ranked between countries with the lowest personal income tax rates.
General rate 15% of personal income tax in Lithuania is applicable since the end of the year 2008 and it remains stable. Currently there are no projects to change it.
The income tax rate currently applicable in Estonia is 21%. The tax rate is subject to change in 2015 when the income tax rate will be lowered to 20%.
